Step 1: Receive requests from customers

After receiving information from customers, engineers in A Dong will analyze, research, learn the working functions and classify details, the technical requirements to be met, the technology of manufacturing details are based on the machining drawings submitted by the customer. If there are any question, we will send the confirmation immediately to you to shorten the maximum processing time.

Step 2: Consulting and quotation

After confirming the complete request, engineers conduct detailed analysis and extraction, calculate the optimal cost, send a quote to you in the fastest time, if you agree with the price, we will proceed to sign the contract.

Step 3: Outwork

After signing the contract, we will process at A Dong factory with the materials, progress and quality as committed.

Step 4: QC – Quality control

After finishing the process of producing products, the QC team of A Dong’s quality control will strictly inspect the products according to the commitment to the quality standards set out.

Step 5: Transport and installation

Finally, A Dong will hand over the product to you at the factory if you do it yourself, in case the customer has a need to deliver and install in place we also meet the request.
